Cancer Council SA’s ability to work towards a cancer free future is only made possible by the extraordinary generosity of the South Australian community - supporters like you.
Funds raised through Cancer Council's Undies Run at the Strikers will go towards funding Cancer Council SA's bowel cancer research, prevention, advocacy and support programs for South Australians impacted by cancer.

Research
Cancer Council SA is currently funding six bowel cancer research projects as part of Cancer Council’s Beat Cancer Project, focusing on how we can improve bowel cancer prevention and early detection strategies and tailor individual treatment options for more effective outcomes.

Prevention
At least one in three cancer deaths are preventable through embracing a healthy lifestyle and taking part in cancer screening. Cancer Council SA promotes national bowel cancer screening initiatives, as well as helping to spread important messages about reducing bowel cancer risk.

Support
Cancer Council SA’s support services ensure no one has to go through cancer alone. Anyone can call Cancer Council 13 11 20 to seek information or support from experienced cancer nurses, or to learn about our range of practical and psychosocial support services available.
