My mum is an inspiration!
My mum is an inspiration.
Six months ago my mum was diagnosed, for a second time, with bowel cancer. What has proven to be a tough six months, has also shown me that I am very lucky to have such a beautiful, supportive and strong family backing me, making even the toughest days easier. I am so proud of them all.
On the 21st January 2019 my older sister and I are running in the Cancer Council’s Undies Run (go visit her page: https://fundraising.cancersa.org.au/fundraisers/phillipparadford). We will be stripping down to our undies and running around Adelaide Oval before an Adelaide Strikers game to raise funds for bowel cancer research and support services, which will, in turn, support our family and others impacted.
Any donations, big or small, will go a long way and be very much appreciated.
Thank you for all the donations and support.
Will you help me get me strip down to my undies for bowel cancer?
I'm running in Cancer Council’s Undies Run on the 21st of January!
I’m stripping down to my undies and running around Adelaide Oval before an Adelaide Strikers game to raise money for bowel cancer research and support services.
Bowel cancer is currently the second leading cause of cancer death in South Australia, claiming over 400 lives every year.
If I can strip down to my undies in front of tens of thousands of people, you can donate to help make me do it!
Together we can knock bowel cancer for six!
