Cancer is non biased hideous disease, which can affect any of us. Trish did not want you to feel sorry for her plight but instead, take the opportunity to help others who have still to enter this journey. Any donations that can be spared could help someone special in your life.
Who knows, your contribution may be part of a cure or at least, some assistance, comfort for those already suffering or for those whom are about to and don't know it.
Cancer Council SA is a community funded organisation and rely on our support to fund ground-breaking research and support programs and services. All the money raised will directly support South Australians impacted by cancer and every dollar will make a huge difference. Dear John Thank you for inviting us to Trish’s day today. It was very special listening to you talk about her and your life together as well as the memories others have. What I loved about Trish was repeated throughout. Her big smile and laugh, the best hugs, her honesty that could not have caused offence and the pride and love for you Mell & Sam which shone through in every conversation. Special memories for me are the kindness she always showed Daryl. He loved her. Whenever I listen to Ed Sheerin I will be thinking of her and the good time we had with Ann going to his concert. Of course whenever we “girls” get together now she will be missed but will forever be there in our hearts and conversation. You will always be welcome to our catch ups if ever you felt you wanted.
